Meet the Staff - Daizie Labelle-Yuk, DVM

I was born in Sturgeon Falls, a small francophone community 4 hours north of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I spent half my childhood there and the other half on an Arabian breeding farm in eastern Ontario, where I quickly learned that riding the closest horse bareback to catch a mare at the other end of the ranch was much cleverer, and quicker, than walking there in the mud or snow!

My husband is what brought me the bay area. He had little convincing to do! I started volunteering at PenEq before I even started vet school. The clients and the staff easily lured me back! I now live permanently 5 minutes away from the clinic, with my four boys: my husband, my son and my two crazy labs!
