Registration Information for the ISELP Certification Exam
Test date and location: No testing available during the August ISELP at Peninsula Equine Medical Center
When to register: all cases and literature review copies
are to be sent directly to PEMC for distribution to Jean-Marie Denoix &
examination committee-NOT directly to JMD. The registration form should also be
sent to Dr. Russ Peterson at ISELP@peneq.com

Member Requirements for taking the test:
- 10 cases done using 2007 PowerPoint with video embedded in the presentation put on a flash drive
- 10 paper reviews with a copy of the original paper.
- Must provide a CV
- Be a 2010 member of ISELP in good standing
- Must be in equine practice for at least 5 years
- Filled out and submitted registration
- Picture (face shot)
- Need to submit 2 electronic copies of both cases; AND article review on a zipdrive with original paper copy attached.
The cost of registration is $500 USD, payable through the ISELP website.
