Veterinary Students
	Lecture & Demonstration (ONLY)	$350

PLEASE NOTE: YOUR REGISTRATION FORM MUST BE MAILED OR FAXED AND PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED FOR YOUR REGISTRATION TO BE CONFIRMED AND FOR YOUR WETLAB GROUP ASSIGNMENT.

There are only 100 wetlab spaces, so please register soon. Also, current ISELP members receive registration priority up to 30 days prior to the symposium module. Less than 30 days pre-module registration is on a 1st come basis! Become a member or renew and register early!
